Continuing the stream o'aesthetic mods, here's a nicely painted Recon by IronJaw. Thisn' is his first painted an' sold blaster. Its got a really nice muted color scheme, and really, is quite artfully done. The overall feel of the blaster is clean... but at the same time, rugged, which really appeals to my (not at all) inner woodsman.
He says:

went for a lighter color combination than Johnson Arms, but his "Halo"
theme was a major draw to me. Sadly the colors turned out a LOT lighter
than I had anticipated, but it turned out all
right in the end."
Personally, I think it turned out more than all right.
